This helpful utility simplifies the creation of foreign-language HTML files.
It converts ASCII and ANSI text files as well as UTF-8 encoded Unicode files into valid HTML code,
which is displayed correctly by all international web browsers. Text can also be transferred from other applications
(e. g. Microsoft Word) via Copy & Paste.
A Unicode compatible Windows version (2000/XP/Vista) is required to run the program.
